What if my plant arrives damaged from your online nursery or with issues?
We take the time to ensure that all plants are in excellent condition before they are shipped. However, if your plant arrives damaged or with issues, please contact us immediately, and we will work with you to find a solution.
To ensure the longevity of your plant, we advise you to follow the provided care sheets for plant maintenance, as this is crucial to their health. Refunds are subject to approval by our growers on a case-by-case basis.
To seek advice or a potential refund from us, please avoid altering the plant in any way, such as removing the root encasing (plug), cutting branches, or spraying. Depending on the issue, we may provide return postage for plants sent back through the post.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for a change of mind; however, you may cancel your order if it has not been dispatched.
