Drop Shipping

Do you accept Drop Shipping?

In a word Yes!

Firstly what is drop shipping? Its when a seller (in this case a reseller of our product) sells an item and gets paid, when they don’t own the product, they then have it sent to their customer from a place that actually sells it (like our website).

While we have always sold to re-sellers and even those who sell on the same platforms as we do, and advertise side by side, we also assist our resellers to sell faster by accepting drop shipping orders, rather than sending to the resellers and having the plants go through 2 lots of postage in a short time.

Things you need to know.

Our orders are normally posted with a packing slip and our potage label has a return address, these things can be changed on request.

We do not charge any extra for dropship orders they can be placed through the system as normal orders (sort of the same as a gift order), please remember to only use YOUR contact details, so that you can receive the tracking updates and pass them on to your customer.

Drop shipping and guarantees or refunds.

We do not accept any liability for drop shipped orders (other than the Optional 7 Day late arrival warranty, this covers the plant(s) for the journey when it is past 7 days, see details here), the reason for this is that we provide after sales care and care sheets for our customers who buy from our site, we also have descriptions that mention key facts that can assist with plant care. When a reseller sells to a customer, the customer does not have an opportunity to see all this information, and if they care for the plant poorly when it arrives, this is the responsibility of the reseller who has provided all the information to them.

How do I put through a drop shipping order?

Use your name and address as the billing address in the order

Use all your contact details (phone and email)

Double check the postal address -this is your responsibility.

Contact us to let us know and email us any care sheets or other info you would like included.

Please note - extra charges may apply if there are any special requirements, we will let you know if this is the case, or you can ask us before you place an order.

Always send us an email after you have placed a dropshipped order so we can ensure that the parcel is posted as required info@nursery2u.com.au
