Caladium Bulbs | Corms - White Queen
Bulbs available while stocks last, these bulbs will be used by our nursery during the planting season. Below is information supplied on the care sheet with each purchase.
Caladium Bulb Planting Instructions
Pot Size – We recommend a 140ml pot for our bulbs, you can change to a 200ml pot as they get larger, or you can plant them in the ground.
Pot them at a depth of one bulbs size above them
Plant the bulbs towards the end of July for most states and if you live in Rockhampton or above, they can be potted now. The bulbs can be kept dry and cool until then and up to 8 weeks.
Water the bulbs well as soon as they are potted and water again ONLY when they sprout in 4-6 weeks, initially watering only every 7-10 days until the weather gets hot.
When potted place them in a warm place with lots of light, they can be placed on a windowsill in full sun until they sprout and then they will need shade but can take a little filtered morning sun.
In colder areas they can be kept outdoors during the day but should be brought in at night.
Apply the Osmocote® pro-edition fertiliser provided with the bulbs as soon as they are potted, and they can be fed with liquid fertilizer every 6-8 weeks.

ORDER TURNAROUND
We post on Mondays and our cut-off time is Saturday 10am Brisbane time. Unless Monday is a public holiday, in which case we post on Tuesdays, also please see our socials and main page for Christmas and Easter Holidays.
HOW WE PACK
We post semi bare rooted plants wrapped in bubble wrap, some plants are posted in their pots, depending on the species and size. We send with Australia Post Express Post or Startrack which is part of Australia Post.
COMBINED ORDERS
We can combine orders if they are not too large, either place your order and we will refund the postage cost on all but one order, or contact us for an invoice without postage, please note fast selling items may sell out before we can send you an invoice so please consider this during the buying process. Large orders may attract a second postage amount, we will contact you prior to posting.
