Our postal rates are changing to reflect current rising cost across our supply chain. While some private sellers or businesses may offer cheaper postal rates, we pride ourselves on unbeatable value, selection, and service. Our flat rate also applies to hand delivery in the Brisbane area*.
Overweight Orders
Most orders fall within the $26 flat rate. Orders with postage included are not affected.
If your order exceeds the weight covered by the $26 flat rate, (also calculated by your location), we will contact you. Please ensure your order includes a valid contact method.
We are happy to share our Australia Post portal screen shots of estimates and final charges with you for clarification.

Keeping the price down on small orders with Australia Post Prepaid Satchels
Where possible, and subject to plant weights and sizes, we will continue using Express Post flat-rate satchels to keep postage prices down.
Refunds for Satchel Orders
If your order arrives in a satchel, (plants are always packed inside protective hard boxes), you will receive a refund for the difference between the satchel cost and the $26 flat rate. Refunds are processed during the following week—no need to contact us. The size of the pre-paid satchel is printed by Australia Post on the bottom right-hand corner of each satchel.
