Orders to be shipped on Monday, 22nd of September 2025, are now being processed.
All orders placed from now, will be shipped on Monday, 29th of September 2025.

We update our website inventory on Wednesdays, you can also sign up for the weekly update email from the bottom of the page.
GENERAL SHIPPING INFO
We ship weekly each Monday, tracking should be updated by 6:30am on Monday mornings, please ensure you have provided an email or preferably a mobile number to receive tracking updates.
We normally close orders on Saturdays but we may close at other times depending on weather conditions, as our plants are grown outdoors, the number of orders, and staffing constraints.
Where there are public holidays, we will provide information about the next postal day.
CURRENT SHIPPING PRICING
Shipping is a flat rate added at the checkout.
If your order is made up of small, non-plant items or Corms, or just small plants, we may be able to post in an Australia Post satchel, the excess postal cost (if any) will be refunded after postage, as we need to determine if the items (and item combinations) will fit in the satchel or if they need to be posted in our normal boxes. If you would like to know ahead of time about a cheaper post option, please email us at info@nursery2u.com.au
If your order is really large and heavy, we may contact you about adding to the shipping fee. Please place your order and if necessary, we will be in touch prior to despatch.
Some items are priced with shipping included, they are usually heavy items that are non-plant material and are sent by Parcel Post, or large plants that require their own postal box, plants are always sent via Express Post.
Items that a marked as "Free Post" or Postage included" will usually have another label and order number created by us during processing.
